These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Othra mobile application, the website at othra.ai, and the supporting cloud services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Hanium LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an Othra account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Othra is a consumer-grade legal-tech platform that combines on-device biometric identity verification with automated, jurisdiction-aware takedown workflows. The Service helps you:
Othra is currently distributed through the Apple App Store for iOS 17 and above. An Android version is planned for a later release.
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must provide a valid Apple ID; you may use Apple's "Hide My Email" relay service. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID, device, and Othra biometric authentication secure. Notify us immediately at legal@othra.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hanium LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Othra application on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except as expressly permitted by applicable law; (b) use the Service to build a competing product; (c) remove proprietary notices; or (d) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or licensing controls.
Othra offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Othra Basic", at USD 4.99 per month (price shown in your local currency at point of purchase, taxes where applicable). A free trial may be offered in select territories.
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store and billed to your Apple ID payment method. Subscription fees are charged at the rate displayed at the time of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple Account settings — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days; by starting use of the digital service immediately, you acknowledge that this right may be lost in accordance with applicable consumer law.
"Your Content" means any data you submit to the Service: biometric embeddings, Vault photos, scan images, takedown URLs, descriptions, and consent settings. You retain all rights in Your Content.
You grant Hanium LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, and to deliver the takedown notices you initiate. This license terminates when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where the law requires us to retain certain records (see Privacy Policy).
The takedown function exists to enforce your real legal rights against real violations. By initiating a takedown through Othra, you represent and warrant that:
You must not use Othra to attempt to remove content where you have no legitimate identity claim, including but not limited to political speech, journalism, parody, satire, lawful art, or content depicting other individuals. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any takedown that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, malicious, or abusive, and to terminate the responsible account.

Othra is engineered with extreme care, but the AI ecosystem is adversarial and rapidly changing. We make the following limitations clear:
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanium LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law and nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hanium LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) Your Content, (c) any takedown notice you initiate that is later determined to have been false, misleading, or abusive, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
The Othra brand, the Ø mark, the UI, the source code, and all proprietary documentation are owned by Hanium LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-dress laws. You may not use any Hanium LLC mark without prior written consent.
We welcome good-faith security research. Please disclose vulnerabilities privately to legal@othra.ai with the subject line "Security Disclosure" and allow a reasonable period for remediation before public disclosure.
You may terminate your Othra account at any time via Profile → Reset Account or by emailing legal@othra.ai. Termination triggers deletion of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Hanium LLC may suspend or terminate your account if you (a) breach these Terms, (b) misuse the takedown function, (c) put the Service or its users at risk, or (d) fail to pay applicable subscription fees. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice; in serious cases we may act immediately.
We may modify the Service, including features, pricing, and supported platforms. We may also revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If you are a consumer ordinarily resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer law cannot be displaced by choice of law, the protections of that law continue to apply to you in addition to these Terms.
